Our terms and conditions for members purchasing one of our memberships. By purchasing one of our memberships you agree to abide by these term and conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
1.1. These terms and conditions incorporate our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed on our website.
1.2. The agreement between us is formed when you accept the terms and conditions, by purchasing one of our memberships.
1.3. We will start your membership upon receipt of your payment.
1.4. These terms contain important information about your membership.
1.5. By accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you are over 18 years of age.
2. Membership Term
2.1. Your membership is valid for 12 months from the date of payment.
2.2. Membership renewal reminders will be sent to you prior to the end of your 12-month period.
2.3. You are responsible for keepings us informed of any changes to your contact details so we can keep your details up to date.
2.4. You can find your membership expiry date on your Digital Membership Card.
3. Billings & Payments
3.1. Payments are collected via STRIPE. We don't see/hold any of your payment details. We only receive confirmation of the transaction.
3.2. Refunds or credits are not provided if you cancel your membership within the current term.
4. Terms of Use
4.1. You will be able to access your membership immediately via our mobile and web app.
4.2. If your membership includes a welcome pack, this should be with you within 7 working days of you joining.
4.3. Member offers are not available for use in conjunction with any other offers from our partners and sponsors.
4.4. Your membership is non-transferable.
4.5. We endeavour to keep the details of partners and sponsors and their offers up to date. We cannot be held responsible when a partner or sponsor changes or withdraws their offer without notifying us; as per our partner/sponsor agreement.
4.6. Partners are entitled to change the terms and conditions of their offers.
4.7. Our partners and sponsors reserve the right to check that you hold a valid membership.
5. Our Liability
5.1. We accept no liability for products and services received from our partners and sponsors. We reserve the right not to be involved in any dispute between you and any partner or sponsor.
5.2. We give no warranty in respect of any goods or services provided by third parties which are accessed through, or displayed on, our site other than the services we provide directly.
6. Communication
You accept that we will communicate with you electronically; via e-mail and push notifications.
7. Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the law applicable in the state of Victoria, Australia.
