What is PRVLGE?

PRVLGE is a global membership club. Our members receive discounts, privileges and benefits from our partners around the world and the chance to attend events and gatherings. Our members also have the opportunity to win giveaways provided by our sponsors and partners.


Do I need to make a booking to receive a benefit?

As a general rule you will need to make a booking, and mention the PRVLGE, when booking for restaurants, spas or golf. However, our partners vary in their requirements and not all of them require a booking. Always check on our website to see if the partner you want to visit require a booking or not. 


Are there exclusions?

Our partners choose the times when they want to make special discounts, benefits and privileges available to our members. So exclusions will vary from partner to partner. 


Can I use more than one PRVLGE membership per booking?

No. Only one PRVLGE membership can be used per booking.


How many people can receive the discount?

Your membership covers at least two people whenever you dine in at one of our partner restaurants. Many of our partner restaurants allow for the discount to be given to larger groups. You will find this information displayed on the listing page for each restaurant. For golf, spa, and shopping, only the member receives the discount.


Does my PRVLGE membership automatically renew?

As your membership nears its expiry date we will contact you via email to let you know when your PRVLGE Membership is due to expire and a new membership commences. This saves you the inconvenience of manually having to renew monthy or annually. Should you for any reason not want to renew your membership. Your member's area contains a Cancel Membership button that will cancel your subscription immediately, meaning you will not be billed in the next billing cycle but you will still be able to enjoy all of the benefits of your PRVLGE Membership until your paid expiry date.


Can I receive a physical card?

Your PRVLGE membership card is a digital card that saves on your mobile device. We do not issue physical cards.


Is my membership transferable?

Your membership is not transferable. Our partners are not obliged to honour a membership card presented by a person other than that named on the card.


What do I do if one of your partners doesn’t accept my PRVLGE membership?

Let us know straight away via info@prvlge.com and we will investigate and get back to you in a timely manner. We rely on our partners to notify us of any changes to their partnership arrangements with PRVLGE.


How do I log in to PRVLGE?

You log into the PRVLGE by pressing the person icon next to the shopping cart icon in the main menu on the Right side of any PRVLGE page on large screens and pressing the Account menu item at the bottom of the left side hamburger menu on smaller mobile screens. You will be taken to the sign in page where you will enter your registered email address and press continue.  An email will be sent to that address with a one time code that you will need to enter in the pop-up that appears.  Once you retrieve that code and enter it you will be logged in and will be able to access any of the features and discounts your membership tier allows.


How do I view my membership card, the expiry and next billing cycle?

You can head to the Account section of the PRVLGE site to see all of the details including your Membership card and active status, along with the previous renewals and future upcoming billing cycles. This can be located by pressing the person icon next to the shopping cart icon in the main menu on the Right side of any PRVLGE page on large screens and pressing the Account menu item at the bottom of the left side hamburger menu on smaller mobile screens.
