Memberships

  • Digital Delivery Only: All membership purchases are digital products. You will not receive a physical card unless otherwise stated.

  • Access Timeframe: Membership access will be activated immediately after purchase and delivered via email.

Physical Products

We offer two types of physical products:

1. Items Shipped Directly by Us

  • Processing Time: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Shipping Time: Standard delivery within Australia is usually 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Carriers: We partner with trusted carriers such as Australia Post and major couriers.

2.  Items Shipped by our Partner Businesses

  • Processing & Delivery: Items fulfilled by third-party suppliers may have longer shipping times, typically 5–15 business days.

  • Tracking: Tracking details will be provided when available, but please note some suppliers may not offer full tracking until the item arrives in Australia.

Shipping Costs

  • Memberships: No shipping fees apply.

  • Physical Products: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your order total, delivery address, and the type of item (in-stock vs. dropshipped).

Order Splitting

If your order contains both stocked and dropshipped items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

International Shipping
