At PRVLGE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While our memberships are digital and non-refundable, we do accept returns for eligible physical items. Please review the details below.
Memberships

Membership purchases are non-refundable due to change of mind once activated, as they provide immediate access to member-only discounts and giveaways.
- You are entitled to a replacement, credit, or refund if your membership is not supplied as described or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

Physical Products
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify, items must be:

In the same condition you received them

Unworn or unused, with original tags attached

In original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address within Australia and a prepaid return shipping label (where applicable).

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original, then place a new order once your return is approved.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without needing to provide a reason. Items must meet the same eligibility criteria listed above.
Refunds
